This  Type 2 coiled tethered cable is suitable for use with all major brands of home chargers that have a tethered cable  and is ideal for the following circumstances 

 - Customer looking for a neat and tidy storage solution for a tethered charger 

 - Replacement for defective or worn tethered cables

- Customers looking to change from a Type 1 tethered lead to a Type 2 tethered lead 

The cable is 5 metres pre-coiled which translates into a useable length of around 3 metres approximately . When coiled the cable retracts to store to a length of around 0.75 M which makes for a neat storage solution and eliminates cables being left on the floor. 

This cable is rated at 32 amps - maximum charge rate of 7.2kW (up to approximately 1 mile of range for every 2 to 3 minutes of charging or 1km of range for every 1 to 2 minutes of charging).*
